具体要求

1、本科及以上学历，材料成型专业，应届优秀毕业生

2、良好的英文书面及口语沟通能力

3、对金属原料、熔化、金属处理、低压铸造和铸造工艺、冶金等领域知识有相关了解

职责描述

1、Responsible for implementing machines & process to produce Aluminum structural and safety casting parts for the auto industry.

2、Participate/support casting/quality engineers, and casting process improvement teams;

3、Implement and participate in new casting program launches to

establish/stable casting process and parameters

4、Provide technical support to production to meet customer

requirements

5、Work with casting team to reduce scrap rate and improve OEE;

6、Work with other casting engineers to analysis the root causes if casting defect occurring in production line and solve the problems;

7、Ensure all molten metal meets density, k-mold and chemistry specifications;

8、Ensure casting products meet all quality requirements;

9、Training operators in timely manner to ensure all work done are following work Instructions；
