Responsibilities:

- Executes all maintenance activity (preventive and corrective) in order to optimize production within safety requirements.

- Minimize machine downtime and ensuring proper operating condition of the machines.

- Machine repairs including coordination with outside resources as needed (corrects equipment stoppage/mechnical breakdown, troubleshoots, repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, etc.) Reduce machine’s shutdown time.

- Makes recommendations and initiate continuous improvement maintenance actions

- Perform / supervises installation, start-up and tryouts of all new manufacturing and plant equipment and systems (tryouts at builder’s site when required)

- Develops spare parts list, maintenance supplies and equipment needed for repair work

- Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

- Make and maintain work instruction and relevant documents.

- Give training to department personnel and keep track of skill matrix.

- Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (MP2) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.

- Implement and maintain 5S in maintenance department

- Other duties as assigned

主要职责：

- 为使生产能够最大化正常运转，完成所有的维修保养动作（包括预防和纠正）

- 使设备停机时间最小化，确保机器正常的运行状态；

- 维修设备，也包括必要情况下和外部供应商的协作（解决设备中断/机械故障，修理/更换破损零件、电机、控制设备等等）以减少设备的停机时间；

- 提出设备维护持续改善建议并加以实施；

- 实施/监督所有新的生产加工设备的安装，启动和调试，包括必要情况下在供应商处的调试动作；

- 针对维修工作编制必须的备件清单，引进维修供应商和相应的设备；

- 监控备件，维修供应商和设备使用以及库存情况，如有需要重新下单；

- 制定维修保养的操作指示以及相关文件；

- 对相关部门人员进行培训并制定/跟踪技能表格；

- 创建并维护计算机化维修保养管理系统（MP2），保持对生产设备工作指令，备件和维修保养历史的跟踪记录；

- 在维修部门推行5S；

- 其它指定职责；

Qualifications,

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical /Mechanical – Electrical Integration/ NC

- More than three years maintenance experience in CNC machine.

- Knowledge and experience in PLC, Fanuc, Siemens or Allen Bradley Controls

- Solid knowledge on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic principles, the adjustment and optimization of process parameters of equipment related.

- Able to create working structure, system for PM and spare parts.

- Able to create mechanical and electrical drawing.

- Strong analytical skill for troubleshooting, problem root cause analysis and determining corrective action.

- Oral and written communicate skill in both English and Chinese.

- Excellent leader and good team player.

- Excellent organizational skills

主要要求：

- 本科学历，机械/电子/机电一体化/数控等相关专业；

- 三年以上CNC机床设备维护工作经验；

- 熟悉PLC, Fanuc, Siemens以及Allen Bradley等控制系统；

- 熟悉机械，电子，液压原理，懂得调整和优化相关设备的工艺参数；

- 懂得编制设备和备件维护的工作指示和体系文件；

- 熟悉机械电子制图；

- 具有很强的发现修理故障，找出问题根本原因的能力并能采取措施加以解决；

- 中英文说写沟通技能；

- 良好的团队协作，组织领导能力；
