任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，机械、自动化、机电等相关专业；
Bachelor degree in Mechanical /Automation /Electro-Mechanical Engineering
2. 3年以上机械-电气设备维护经验；具有高压电工证书
More than 3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic or Maintenance Electrician in electrical production field with electrician license ;
3. 熟悉PLC控制，液压系统,气动系统,管道系统
Skilled in PLC control , hydraulic system , compress air system and pipes system

4. 良好的人际交往及沟通能力；团队建设能力
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good on team building
5. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
Good English skill （speaking, writing and reading）

6. 有铸造设备维修经验者优先

With casting machine experience is plus


职位职责：

1. 巡视生产设备的运行状况，负责设备的日常维护和保养并在出现故障时及时排除，减少设备停机时间。
Monitors the production equipments operation status & be responsible for normal maintenance work, and repair the issue machine in time and short machine break time.
2. 编制设备的维护计划及设备维护作业指导，带领维护技术人员定期执行预防性维护工作。
Establishes equipment maintenance plan and work instruction, lead maintenance staff to implement preventive maintenance work regularly.
3. 负责将维护指导书面化以便指导设备使用人员完成设备的日常维护。
Be responsible for maintenance work instruction document.
4. 对于关键设备严格按照TPM要求执行。
Implements TPM requirements for the key equipments strictly.
5. 协助低压产品维护主管对关键设备进行监控、维修，对程序进行更新、备份。
Supports LV maintenance supervisor to monitor and repair key equipment, update and backup the program.
6. 从技术上培训和支持设备维护人员，确保设备最终运行。
Training and supports maintenance technician from technical side, to ensure equipment are running well.
7. 负责冷水机组维护，定期保养。
Be responsible for cooling water system daily operation and regular maintenance.
8. 负责与国外设备供应商的联系，并在设备有问题时寻求帮助。
Be responsible to contact and keep with foreign supplier to get the help.
9. 负责设备备件的管理，负责备件供应商的联系。
Be responsible for equipment spare parts management and spare parts supplier contact.
10. 负责对产线的生产检测设备进行更新、改造。
Be responsible to update and rebuild the production machine and testing equipment.
