任职要求：

Minimum 8 years of machining experience including 5 year quality management
8年以上机加工经验，包括5年以上质量管理经验
Hands-on working experience with ISO/TS core tools such as SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, etc.
熟悉掌握ISO/TS核心工具，如SPC, 控制计划, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP等
ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits
熟悉ISO/TS内外审核及客户相关审核
Bachelor or above, relevant major is preferred, such as engineering, mechanical
本科以上学历，工程或机械相关专业
Have the analytical skills necessary to do root cause investigation
良好的分析能力，能够进行问题根源性调查
Able to interpret drawings, CMM reports, GD&T
理解图纸、CMM报告、GD&T
Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the customer and all levels within SMW
良好的书面和口头沟通技能，有效地与客户和SMW内部各层级人员进行沟通
Good English communication, both oral and written
良好的英文沟通能力（口语和书面）
Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
良好的计算机技能

岗位职责：

Develop and implement the process quality control management systems in operation, including procedures and WI for inspection
在运营过程中开发和实施质量控制管理体系,包括程序和作业文件的审核
Coordinate for specific products across quality functions

Knowledge of the customer s policies and procedures to properly execute according to the customer s requirements.

Drive for process continual improvement activities

Perform diagnosis, trouble shooting, analysis and using quality tools and statistical techniques

Support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP
