A. Job Responsibilities

* Installation and commissioning as well as training of a wide range of EDM machines.
* Respond to technical problems relating to provide trouble shooting and maintenance, retrofit, software updated in a timely manner.
* Independently handle customers after sales inquiries and coordinate manager with machines' reliability
* Ensure correct spare parts number
* Self-improvement of technical skills
* Focus customer satisfaction


B. Qualifications

* Working office is located in Shanghai
* College or University graduate major in mechanical/electronic(al)
* 2+years of machine tool experience
* Experience in EDM industry as service engineer is preferred
* Strong service sense with hands on experience in the technical problem solving, and client relationship maintenance
* High efficiency and team-working spirit
* Good reporting abilities, ability to work under challenge and pressure
* Good command of spoken & written English is preferred
* Be willing to travel frequently
