MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITY 主要职责
1. 负责每天的MRO及材料的收货工作，包括实货点检确认、与生产和工程部门管理人员协调收货事宜;Take care of the daily MRO and RM receiving, include the goods condition/quantities checking, and work with production / engineering dept to receive accordingly;
2. 负责登记所有材料进出库系统账和手工账;Book keeping for all materials movement transactions into SAP system & Materials Ledger datasheet;
3. 将收发货物文件归类并存档;Goods Receipt and Goods Issue Documents management and archive preparation;
4. 根据公司政策协调盘点事宜并且将记录存档;Coordinate cycle count according to company policy and maintain records accordingly;
5. 其它主管安排的工作 Performs other related duties as required by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
1. 中专以上学历Graduate above Technical Secondary School;
2. 两年以上工作经验Working experience: 2 year or above;
3. 对数字敏感Sensitive to figures;
4. 计算机办公软件熟练Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word etc.,) knowledge;
5. 愿意加班（如有需要）和在压力下工作Willingness to work under pressure and over time if required;
6. 英语中等以上水平Medium English level.
