职位描述
Job Description:
1.Identifying and substantiating the need for all information system applications and developments in APG China, including Suzhou plant and APG rep offices and sales.
2.Establishing priorities as they relate to the overall location informational needs.
3.Ensuring consistency with Division and Corporate wide I.T. strategies and policies;
4.Supervising the acquisition and/or implementation of all systems and applications; ensuring that quality assurance, security and education are optimized; functioning as a working project leader where needed,
5.Working closely with the Corporate IT operations and Infrastructure organization to support and leverage FMC's full range of infrastructure capabilities and competencies. Ensuring all daily tasks associated with the local site data center activities are scheduled and completed including the monitoring of all the I. T. related infrastructure.
6.Optimizing site systems security; coordinating, documenting and testing the effects of all applied patches to their operating systems, firmware and utilities such as anti-virus software and server management tools.
7.Ensuring that 1st and 2nd level support for users of professional computing (office computing) products and services such as: Windows, MS Office, eMail, Internet Explorer, desktops, laptops, network access, dial-in access, etc is optimized. Participate actively in such support activities as necessary.
8.Implementing, and maintaining development / training programs for key IT systems. Elevate the level of user knowledge and ownership and foster an environment where the user is excited about learning new methods or improving existing ones.
9.Supporting the delivery of IT related service levels established with local management, Divisional and Corporate IT.
10.Networking with FMC I.T. colleagues. Providing guidance to support to other local IT leaders in the region as needed;
11.Managing IT related costs at the site level; helping to reduce costs where appropriate and identifying cost saving opportunities at the location;
12.Overseeing backup and recovery support for all location specific computer systems and infrastructure.
13.Ensuring that the site is compliant with all IT related SOX and audit requirements (both internal and external).
job requirement:
1.BS in Computer Science or Engineering or other management related disciplines.
2.Demonstrates skill in solving real business & technical informational with minimal external support or input. Demonstrate technical skills as ERP administrator, skillful in SQL and able to code complex CRYSTTAL report from ERP
3.Operating systems (OS) and server management experience.
4.Extensive working knowledge of hardware and software components and concepts.
5.Minimum of 5 years experience in an information technology role spanning IT operations, program design, development and implementation. Minimum of 2 years experience delivering and supporting infrastructure centric systems in a complex multi-layered environment.
6.Demonstrates the technical ability and knowledge to quickly integrate implement and document new technologies while supporting and maintaining the existing core infrastructure.
7.Demonstrated good communication skills that would be useful across different business units and geographies.
