职责描述：
一.设备管理：
1.整理，保存并适时更新公司的设备管理清单；
2.按设施设备类别整理，保存设备资料和档案；
3.制订各种设备的标准操作程序（SOP）文件并组织对设备操作人员的培训；
4.参与新购设备验证、设备档案管理、封存启封、报废出售等事务；
5.核算公司电力、压缩空气容量需求并及时提出增容计划和申请；
二.设备安全：
1.确保所有厂房设施、设备的电气柜内线列齐整、无杂物并柜门常闭；
2.确保所有设备安全门、急停开关、安全护栏（柱）等完整并工作正常；
3.保证设备部件完整，管线排列齐整，无油、液泄漏和管线裸露现象；
4.负责厂房内的动火作业管控及外来施工水、气及电气安全管控；
三.设备维修：
1.支持产线对设备故障紧急排除；
2.工装夹具的故障维修协助；
四.设备维护保养：
1.协助现有工程师完成设备的年/月度维修保养计划的制定、执行、记录和存档；
2.对各类设备运行情况进行日常检查、记录、分析和存档；
3.参与和协助设备工装的改善及车间运营的改善活动，及时完成领导布置的工作任务；
4.备品、备件管理和维修技术员培训：
5.协助现有工程师管理设备的备品、备件的安全库存清单的建立和维护；
6.协助现有工程师建立和完善设备档案；
7.主导备件选型、备件申购、到货验收、入库、领用和台账记录；
8.培训和指导维修技术员的日常工作并不断提升其知识和技能；
9.记录和统计公司每月的水、电量（含价值）消耗趋势及实施节能措施；
