职位描述：

负责公司空调、空压、氮气、蒸汽、冰水、水系统（包括纯水、污水、软水和给排水系统）的正常运行、维护保养和维修，配合保证正常生产。
Responsible for normal operation of air conditioning, air compressing, Nitrogen,steam, water system working normally to ensure normal production .
1.与主管配合，安排、指导和监督实施空调、压缩空气、氮气、蒸汽、冰水系统、水系统（包括纯水、污水、软水和给排水系统）的维护保养、维修工作，确保系统安全生产。
Assist supervisors to arrange, coach and supervise the daily maintenance of air-condition equipments, compressed air, nitrogen equipment, steam, ice water and water system (including purified water, sewage, and supplying water system) to ensure system running safely .
2.编制各系统维护保养、维修计划，统计各设备运行情况，进行分析改进。Work out maintenance plan and operating statistic, analyze and improve.
编制系统设备的SOP文件，并根据需要及时更新SOP。
Make SOP documents of equipments and update it in time if needed.
3.负责安排、指导、监督维修人员进行公司有关制冷制热设备如冰箱、冷库、冷柜、窗式分体式立柜式空调机的维护保养维修工作。
Director operator to maintain all cooling equipment, e.g. Ice box, refrigerator, cold box, all air-conditioners.
4.定期巡视运行中的设备，发现异常立即安排排除。
Inspect all running equipments timely to find abnormal and solve it in time.
5.每月对备品备件进行检查和确认。
Check and confirm the spare parts every month.
6.负责进行各系统的设施故障的原因分析，并总结与改进。进行所负责的各系统的设施设备的安装调试及性能的改进和设计改造工作。
Analyze the break-down reason of each system, summarize and improve. Install and regulate each facility, improve the performance, design and reconstruction work.
7.控制各系统维护保养、维修成本，负责相关供应商的评估和管理。
Control the maintenance cost, in charge of the management and evaluation to related supplier.
8.负责公用工程操作工日常工作的管理和考核。
Responsible for management and assessment on daily work of utility operator.

岗位要求：

1、工程师资格或相当于工程师资格
Engineer qualification or equivalent
2.暖通、或机械、或电气系统文化背景，具有一定的机电工程知识，工作8年以上。Air condition system 、Mechanical or Electrical education background with some mechanical knowledge， 8 years working experience or above.
