职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
·Coordinate TE/ME on maintenance the equipment through its whole life cycle
·Ensure appropriate and effective predictive / preventive maintenance programs are in place and executed
·Manage whole site projects & proprietary maintenance using in-house maintenance employees
·Control spare parts purchasing, inventory and control
·Monitor performance and effectiveness of the repair/maintenance service
·Design, cost, write, and submit Capex projects to address Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost issues, successfully implement projects within approved cost and time constraints
·Conduct Root Cause Analysis of significant/repetitive equipment failures, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
·Conduct continuous improvement projects or kaizen events as directed by top manager
·Manage Andon system to report OEE, line up-time and response time, maintenance costs, and PM adherence to schedule
·Provide technical leadership to the cell on engineering / maintenance systems and techniques; promoting a "Right-First-Time" attitude, and a culture with zero tolerance for out-of-specification conditions
·Lead problem solving teams to investigate, identify, and correct the root cause of non-standard situations
·Implement 5S, visual workplace and work standardization in all maintenance work activities and workshop / office areas
·Adhere to company HSE policies and procedures; and take a lead effort to drive site machine guarding program continue improvement
Key Requirements:
·University graduate with a minimum of B.S degree, Masters preferred, in Automation or Mechanical Engineering
·Minimum of eight years with at least, two years managerial experience for maintenance in a factory environment
·Statistical process control, lean manufacturing, strong practical problems solving skills
·Ability to work in a team and manage diversity people
·Good communication and reporting skills, English language required
·Excellent computer skill, Word and Excel
·Proactive and self starter, establishes work priorities to meet production goals
·Expected to work with a minimum of supervision, and be extremely responsive to safety, quality, delivery, cost issues
