Engineering Manager

1 任职要求：1University degree or above，大学本科或以上学历。
2 Anufacturing, mechanical or aeronautical engineering 制造，机械或航空工程专业.
3 Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience 具有五年以上工程工作经验
4 Minimum of 2 years experience in a management skill 2年以上相关管理经验
5Knowledge of ISO 9000, MPC, lean manufacturing principles and project management. 具备 ISO9000，MPC，精益生产原理和项目管理知识
6 Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese 能运用英语和普通话有效的进行沟通。
7 Strong leadership with ability to motivate employees 强有力的领导能力以激发员工
8 Knowledge of Six Sigma processes. Green Belt certification desirable 了解6西格玛的相关知识，并通过绿带认证。

职位职责：工作职责：
Lead Engineering team to support Production Operation, new products transition, and develop company overall engineering capability Production Review Board (PRB) responsibility
领导工程部为生产运作提供支持，实现新品转移，并推动公司工程技术能力的发展，参与PRB。
Support HOS team to achieve sliver phase.
支持HOS 团队达到银牌阶段。
•Establish engineering documents which comply with customer and ISO 9000 requirement 建立符合顾客要求和质量体系要求的工程技术文件。
•Works closely with the manufacturing to support shop floor Operators for implementing technical documents requirements on products to meet quality and delivery requirements 通过与制造部门的紧密合作，提供相应的技术文件，并指导操作工正确实施。以保证产品质量和交货要求。
•Work with manufacturing manager for implementing Manufacturing Process Control 与制造部经理配合工作，实现制造过程控制。
•Work closely with QA and Production to run RCCA and disposition non-conforming product or material 　与质量部和制造部紧密合作，处理RCCA、不合格产品或材料。
•Lead Engineering team for continuous improvement on manufacturing process for cost reduction and productivity increase 领导工程团队持续改进制造流程，以降低成本，提高生产率。
•Lead and train manufacturing engineers for continuous learning and improvement. 领导和培训制造工程师，使得他们不断的学习与提高。
•Take ownership of employee satisfaction.
负责职责范围内的员工满意度
•Meet or exceed AOP commitments for key production metrics
在生产的主要绩效方面要完成或超过AOP年度计划
•Coordinate department to support production plan across shifts
协调部门内去支持每班的生产计划实施
•Establish, maintain and improve metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement
建立、维护及改善绩效指标，包括安全、质量、交货率、成本和改善等方面
•Participate in the built in quality audit and safety investigations
参与"质量始于制造"的审核及安全调查活动
• Responsible to new product introduction and new process introduction, review product design and manufacturing operations for compliance with specifications. 全面负责新产品的引进及新能力的建立，评估公司的生产制造能力。
•Monitor and evaluate department goals; driving for standardized effective solutions to existing problems 监督及评估部门绩效目标，推动标准化工作，有效的解决现场问题
•Reward and recognize individual and team performance. 对表现出色的个人及团队进行表彰及奖励
•Provide effective leadership, guidance, coaching, communication, learning and development for engineers,
对工程师提供有效的领导、导向、指导、沟通、学习及发展
•Implements discipline processes to ensure compliance to code of conduct and desired work behaviors
贯彻流程纪律，确保符合行为准则及期望的工作行为规范
