Requirements:

- Enginery education background, college or above, Hydromechanics will be preferred.

机械类教育背景，大专或以上，流体力学专业优先

- Five years experience, and at least 3 years pump or mechanical seal working experience.

五年工作经验，三年泵或密封的相关经验，

- Can use gauges well, read English version part and assembly drawing and draw simple mechanical drawing

熟练使用量具，懂零件和装配图纸，能制图。

- Know machining processes, welding and bench work

懂机加工、焊接及钳工作业

- Read, write and speak English fluently

英语读、写、说流利

- Use office software well, such as, Excel, Word, PPT, Lotus Notes, and so on

- 会操作电脑熟悉办公软件，例如：Excel, Word, PPT, Lotus Notes等

- Strong with organizing and communicating.

Responsibilities:

- Estimate the failure model and root cause of the pump sets in serve based on the customer requirements and on site service situation.

根据客户要求和泵组在现场服务的情况，对泵的失效原因作出判断

- Contact oversea Flowserve sister plants to get and validate relevant repair and service information of related products.

与国外工厂联络，获取和确认所维修/服务的产品的相关信息

- Check and affirm the problems which happened in pump set running, prepare pump as found report or service report.

确认泵运行中出现的问题并完成泵的检查发现报告或服务报告

- Prepare repair program, estimate repair cost and schedule

制订泵组的维修方案，估计维修成本和维修日程安排

- Go customer site for pump installation, setting up, running in and spare parts changing.

前往客户现场进行服务，包括，泵组安装、试车及零配件更换等

- Communicate with customer professionally, and build good relationship with customers.

与客户进行专业方面的沟通，并建立良好的关系。

- Lead repair and service team, arrange repair and service employees properly,.

管理维修团队，合理安排维修人员的工作。

- Train and instruct repair and service technicians

对维修技术员进行培训和指导
