具体要求：

1. 专科及以上学历；
2. 3D Pro-E或UG或Solodwork;
3. 2D AutoCAD;
4. 熟练的压铸制程和模具设计知识；
5. 优秀的MS office运用；
6. 熟练的英语听说读写能力；
7. 6年及以上相关工作经验。

岗位职责：

1. Prepare detailed Tooling design for Die-casting and Ensure the design is adequate to Manufacturing process；
2. Prepare detailed 2D & 3D design for Toolings；
3. Prepare detailed DPR with concerns and proposals for new Toolings；
4. Prepare RFQ for new Toolings；
5. Followup the New Tooling trial run at supplier site and prepare 6. detailed report on the trials with Improvement actions；
7. Followup the New Tool trial run internally and prepare detailed 8. report on the trials with Improvement actions；
9. Review the First Article inspection report for the new tooling and intiate the modification if required；
10. Prepare the Dimension deviation request for the new toolings if required and submit to Project manager for approval；
11. Actively take part in the APQP Team during Product development；
12. Review the simulation result and make necessary changes in the Tooling design during Tooling development；
13. Estimate the Tooling cost during RFQ phase；
14. Followup the Tooling and make necessary design changes based on customer / internal ECN throughout its life；
15. Followup the Tooling and make necessary design changes for Process improvements throughout its life；
16. Followup with Production / Tooling maintenance for New Tooling approval；
17. Prepare the Spare part list for new toolings；
18. Take part in Customer / Supplier meetings when required；
19. Take part in internal Production / Quality meetings when required；
20. Continuous improvement in the Tooling design for Part weight reduction；
21. Work closely with DC Manufacturing Team for Process improvement；
22. Other duties as and when requested by Leader.
