2.min 5 years of relevant experience in quality/electrical testing

3.min 2 years of team-leading experience

4.ability to lead, motivate and building the team

certificate for working with high voltage equipment (e.g. Decree 50/78Sb in Czech 5.Republic)
高压设备证书
6.ability and willingness to learn

Job description

1.leading the team of testing engineers
领导测试团队　
2.routine testing of the final products (traction motors, inverters, etc) in testing room
常规产品（牵引电机、逆变器等）测试
3.preparation of the test stations, wiring devices and power circuits
测试站、配线设备和电源电路的准备
4.maintenance of test equipment
测试设备的保养 　
5.measurement evaluation and analysis
测量评价及分析　
6.measurement record elaboration

7.performing the tests according to the test prescription and other documentation
根据测试指示及其他文件进行测试
