Culobel is an industrial Group with head quarters in Belgium and branches in the Czech Republic (production plants) and China (trading company). For it’s further expansion, Culobel devided to set up a production facility in Suzhou by end of 2011, to produce sheet metal components and small (welding) assemblies for the local Chinese market.

Job Description:

Your main responsibility entails the daily leading of your production section.
You are responsible for training and communicating with the operators.
You determine for every machine and product the optimal production parameters and conditions in order to deliver a stable and high quality product.
You analyze, prevent and resolve process and product problems.
You provide support by the innovation and implementation of new machines and processes.

职位描述：

1. 负责生产部门的日常管理；
2. 负责生产部门员工的培训与沟通工作。
3. 为每台设备及产品设定最佳的生产参数和最佳状态，确保能够生产出性能稳定且高质量的产品；

4. 分析、预防及解决与工艺及产品相关的问题；
5. 为新设备和工艺的创新和实施提供支持

Profile:

Male or female
Technical degree (or similar by experience)
Good organizational skills
Sharp technical insight
Good English communication skills.

2. 中专（或等同）以上学历，机械相关专业；
3. 良好的组织能力；
4. 敏锐的技术洞察力；
5. 良好的英语沟通能力；
