职位描述

瑞典洁定感染控制集团因业务发展需要,现招销售代表若干.该职位负责在一定区域内或省份内，以经销商渠道销售及直销相结合，并直接管理销售市场以及拓展新业务。该职位也要求与售后服务部门,物流部及产品经理等公司内部其他只能部门保持良好的沟通.

职责：
-通过管理直销和经销商网络完成区域销售指标。
-向大区销售经理/资深区域销售经理/销售总监提交区域销售战略指标
-执行区域销售战略指标
-在项目验收前，作为项目经理全程管理和跟踪项目
-和公司各个部门沟通良好
-完成主管授予的其他任务

-遵守公司规章制度和国家相关法律法规

要求:
-大专以上学历
-３年以上医疗行业销售经验，拥有该区域相关销售运作经验，有国际化大公司或知名品牌，有医院关系网者优先

－在该区域内有良好的销售经验及销售记录，对医院市场有良好的认识，拥有丰富的医院客户群
-有代理商等相关渠道管理经验，并能在公司内部和市场，物流及人事部门合作沟通者更佳

-有上进心及自我驱动力，拥有企业家精神，能发挥自身潜力以应对长远的公司业务发展及自身职业发展

-具有良好的谈判技巧及人际关系协调沟通能力

-具有一定的英语能力（能用英语进行谈判，读写，及撰写报告者更佳）

Job Purpose

Getinge Infection Control is looking for experienced Sales Representatives. The position is to be responsible for independently carrying out the directsales and managing the distribution network. There will be a very strong focus on business development and creating new business. The position has to coordinate internally with Service department, product managers and logistics.

Responsibilities

1. Fulfill the area sales targets by direct sales and by managing the distributor network

2. Propose area sales strategy to the Regional Sales Manager/Director or Senior Area Sales Manager

3. Execute the area sales strategy - Act as project manager for the whole project duration until “acceptance”

4. Communicate and cooperate with other departments

5. Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by their immediate supervisor

6. work in accordance with local and national legislation as well as company regulations and code of conduct.

Requirements

·College degree
·3+ years of sales experience with experience in medical sales or related fields with international companies/brands
·Well established in the geographical area and with proven sales track record. Needs to have experience in the local hospital market and be familiar with the client base.
·Preferably experience managing distributors in China.
·A confident and driven, entrepreneurial person who exercises judgment with a clear potential for fast career growth with rapidly increasing responsibility.
·Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
·Intermediate English (conversational, manual reading and writing some reports) and expert Mandarin, Proven success in sales.

Job Purpose

The position is to be responsible for managing a market (a limited geographical area or province) with the directsales and distribution network. There will be a very strong focus on business development and creating new business especially through development of the partner network. The ASM has to coordinate internally with Service department, product managers and logistics.
