职位描述：
Mission:


As part of the Hardware team, Senior Hardware Application Engineer participates in the development of products along with other members of the R&D department, and takes into account customer requirements, project schedule, quality and manufacturing objectives.
- The current developments (Engineering change, NVM peer review, prototype build, system integration)
- The products after SOP at ACE plant (ES spec review, Design review, Process launch supports)
- The products evolution (Support on VAVE during developments)



Main Tasks:

? To support Hardware Application Eng team in their daily task
- To define and establish the ACE Hardware Application Eng group procedures and tools
- To train ACE Hardware Application Engineer, to products, tools, ALE/ALV standard
- Guaranty full respect of APDS and ALV rules

? To take part in the products development, changes, transfer and quote
- To give the technical support to other Autoliv companies
- To analyze the customers requirements and establish the action plan (with the PTL)
- To participate in the product technical data preparation (drawings, BOM …,)
- To release product technical information (spec, drawings…,)
- To prepare and check the prototypes
- To support PV testing (define the product harness, provide IP files & products)
- To establish/review the product in plant test specification (ES spec create and review)
- To support the quality team for the PPAP delivery
- To support the ACE teams for product knowledge
- To provide technical support to the OEM’s
- Pilot component FMEA
- Participate in design FMEA, Reliability Study , Failure Tree Analysis , Safety Hazard Analysis

? To take part to the failure analysis and customer trouble analysis:
- To take part in the root cause analysis
- To establish & conduct the action plan
- To perform the actions listed in the action plan


? To responsible for Hardware application design for OEMs during development
- To take part in the plant improvement (tooling improvement, tests sequence….)
- Procedures, tools
- Capture the circuit schematic and pilot the board layout and routing

Requirements:

Experience and Skills:

Education level : Bachelor degree in Electronics or above

Experience : +10 working years’ experience

Required skills for this position :
？ Analog Electronics, digital electronics and microcontroller.
？ Simulation tools, schematics, instrumentation (MathCAD, Mentor, OrCAD, IQRM)…

Human skills for this positions:
