JD:
1) Deliver service excellence through highly skilled people
2) Deliver a consistently world-class level of service to customers
3) Analyse trends and patterns in data identifying patterns, discrepancies and irregularities.
4) Follow procedures and standards to investigate all possible leak incidents ensuring all appropriate parties are kept
informed.
5) Deliver Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to a consistently high standard.
6) Adhere to best practice standards for wetstock management
7) Undertake general housekeeping of sites/database checks/ad-hoc reports/ phone calls/admin. Maintain high standards when providing cover for other contracts
8) Take ownership and responsibility for own continuous development and improvement.Retain our competitive advantage by continuous innovation and development Customer Feedback Successful, accurate and timely progression of investigations
9) Leak test completion and to standard Extreme variance Reports and appropriate, timely action Response to Alarms Ad hoc reporting as per contract
10) Quarterly Performance Reviews and achievement of objectives Contribution to achieving team goals.

Qualifications & Knowledge
1) Very good oral speaking lanbuage, and good in maths, and data analysis. High level verbal and written communication skills (telephone, email, presentation) appropriate to situation and audience.
2) Can Work in a customer facing / service role
3) Taking responsibility for identifying and resolving challenges or problems from start to successful conclusion
4) Working as part of a team and achieving targets
5) Contribution to continuous improvement
6) Experience of adopting an analytical approach to the workplace
