职位描述：
1、Responsible for the routine maintenance of the equipment, timely and efficient to solve the breakdown of production equipment to ensure smoothly production; do a good job during repair of the end of the site clean-up work；负责设备日常维修工作，及时、高效地诊断并解决生产设备故障，保证生产的顺利进行；做好维修过程及维修结束的现场清理工作；
2、Check all tasks have been followed and closed on time；跟踪检查每日维修日常工作，及时关闭工单；
3、Manage and execute the maintenance documentation/record.；负责维修文档的记录和管理；
4、Manage the safety issues including electrical within routine work scope. Have a good safety behavior, conduct all the daily maintenance work in safety way；工作范围内的日常安全包括用电安全的管理活动和安全记录。具有良好的安全行为和习惯，引导日常安全维修；
5、Request of spare parts, update the list, monitor the storage and technical support；
维修备件的申请，台账的建立及库位跟踪和技术支持；
  6、Draw up and update equipments safety operation regulation, routing inspection instruction, maintenance plan etc；
  制定和更新设备安全操作规程，巡检指导书和维护计划等；
  7、Identify machine degradation, and propose solutions；
  识别设备劣化情况，制定相应解决方案；
  8、Equipment failure analysis, writing training document and implement improvement；
  设备故障分析, 编写内部培训文档和实施改进；
  9、Provide support for equipment & facility installation & setup；
  支持设备和设施的安装和调试；
  10、Participate in final inspections of new machinery；
  参与新设备的最终验收工作；
  11、Other relevant tasks arranged by manager.
  上级交办的其它工作。

任职资格
Post Qualification
1. 教育Education Above college education 大专以上学历
2. 专业 Major Electrical engineering 电气或机电一体化
3. 技能Skill Skilled use office software，familiar with electric control system, some basic knowledge for mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic. 能够较熟练运用办公软件，熟悉设备的电气控制原理，对机械、液压和气动有所了解。
4. 经验 Experience 3 years or above equipment maintenance experience 3年的相关维修工作经验
