职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？*In charge of the search rubber tool manufacturing plants in China
？*In charge of acceptance and verification Tests for tools purchased
？*Take care of the current Rubber Tooling cleaning, maintenance, assemble , coordination of the tool repair on demand etc.
？*In charge of the maintenance plan, spare parts management, rubber tooling optimization etc
？*In charge of the optimize the rubber injection process technique together with team
？*Work together with project team to make sure new project transfer to mass production smoothly; include internal and external Run@Rate.
？*Prepare WI and training for tool assemble and disassemble
？*Assist to finish other tasks from superior

Knowledge & Skills：
？*Above 5 years experience on rubber mold design or fabricationma
？*College degree or above,major in Tool Design & Engineering / Manufacturing
？*Working experiences in a rubber/metal injection parts manufacturing plan as Tool Engineer in charge of tool manufacturing/maintenance etc is prefer 举报 分享
