职位描述：
Position Responsibilities
? Understanding the needs and requirements of the users by coordinating with the analysts and seeking clarity on every minute detail in order to provide the best possible solution.
? Writing the code using ABAP programming language on the basis of the functional specifications provided by the analysts and performing regular tests on the usability of the code.
? Ensuring that all programs are completed in schedule as per guidelines and allocating appropriate resources to achieve this.
? Debugs and corrects complex SAP module problems by using ABAP programming language.
? Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered.
? Prepares comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions, test plans, and test data.
? Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and users.
? To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work.
? Performs related duties as assigned.

Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
? Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or software engineering
? At least 4 years of SAP ABAP programming tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAPscript, and SmartForms, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exit, Screen Exit, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, ALE, BAPI, and BADI
? Indicate the critical experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job effectively
? Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming
? Knowledge in SAP modules MM/WM/PP/SD/FICO
? Must have good analytical and problem solving skills in order to carry out their daily functions effectively.
? Prior experience in object oriented programming, ABAP lists and other related fields is also a prerequisite for jobs in this field.
? Possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal abilities. Must have the capability to work well in a team-based environment as well as on their own.
? Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
? Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions
? Additional courses in SAP ABAP programming from a certified SAP training institute is an advantage
? Able to work effectively and independently on assigned projects
