职位描述：
？ Finish process control tests and monitor process variables on regular basis.
？ Continuous improve the process efficiency and quality compliance, optimize the process flow and workshop layout
？ Working to eliminate waste of time, materials, man-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value in the process
？ Working with production and quality team to reduce the daily reject product, solve the quality issues online using tools such as PPS
？ Working with production team to write SW, optimize process, reduce the waste and improve the efficiency, meanwhile train the production team to strictly follow standardize work and audit/correct daily
？ Working with R&D or other VISO plants for new product or process technology introduction and standardization
？ Working with maintenance team to improve and optimize current equipment
？ Finish projects reports according to internal scrape rate and external/customer site complaints (CCAR) or other quality improvement projects
？ Extra work or improvement opportunities assigned by the supervisor or OM

Experience:
Working as IE or PE at least 3 years in ceramic or other heavy industry, especially in foreign company; Experience in process development and improvement is preferred 举报 分享
