Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Lead project and programs implementation team; coordinate cross-functional interdepartmental activities. Search for project risk in advance and mitigate the risk or report it to management. Follow Internal Control procedures, and resolve any non-compliance issues.领导项目团队：协调跨部门有关制造工程事务。提前预测风险并制定措施降低之；执行内部管控程序要求，解决
2. Supervise and coordinate the efforts of each manufacturing engineering expertise team to ensure smooth production in technical aspect, consistent with corporate goals. Help the team to develop and design all processes flow for a current and new products, provide sufficient technical support to manufacturing dept. and respond to customer.引导并协调各ME团队的工作，以保证生产的顺利进行。领导团队设计各种相关流程，为生产部门以及客户提供稳定的技术支持。
3. Direct and cooperate with other departments, establish the new manufacturing technologies in equipment and calibrate all production measuring & test equipment per ISO9000 requirement.跨部门合作，使用新的生产技术，以保证在设备和量具方面符合ISO9000的规定。
4. Direct integration of new products transferring, technical procedures, proper tooling & jigs. Develop and implement the facility/manual tools investment plan, evaluate tooling development to maximize the material usage and process time.指导新产品的转移、技术流程、工具与夹具等方面的工作。设计并执行工具购买计划。
5. Implement process and procedures to continuously improve production efficiency and reduction in cycle times. Meet productivity goals through continuous effort and direction. Support continuous improvement Projects for engineering and manufacturing cost reductions.持续提高生产效率，缩短生产周期，并持续降低工程和生产成本。
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 其他由上级主管安排的工作。

Experience and Skills Required:

1. Bachelor degree or above.本科学历及以上
2. At least 8 years professional experience in ME function and 2 years on a manager position.至少8年在制造工程方面的相关经验，2年以上管理职位经验
3. Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.极强的问题解决技巧和异常处理能力
