职位描述：
主要工作职责：
1、编制新产品加工工艺流程
Creating machining process for new products
2、制作新产品CP、PCP
Creating CP, PCP
3、制作产品PFMEA
Creating PFMEA
4、设计工装夹具
Design fixture and tool
5、编制部分新产品NC加工程序
Processing NC program for new product
6、日常加工过程中的持续改善
Continue improvement for daily production
7、其它相关工艺工作
Other related work

具体要求：
1、能够熟练编制新产品的机加工工艺文件
Skillfully creating machining process for new products
2、熟悉Fanuc系统，能够根据图纸编写程序
Familiar with Fanuc system，can processing program according to drawing.
3、熟悉刀具和夹具
Familiar with the cutting tools and fixtures
4、能够独立设计工装夹具
Can independently complete the design of fixtures
5、熟悉热处理工艺
Familiar with the heat treating process
6、能够熟练运用CAD、Solid works软件以及office办公软件
Able to skillfully use CAD, Solid works and office software
7、熟悉机加工设备的基本原理
Familiar with the basic principle of machine
8、具备主动发现问题解决问题的能力
Have the ability to take the initiative to find problems and to solve problems
9、喜欢这份工作，热爱学习，勤于思考
Enjoy this work, like studying and thinking
10、具有良好的团队合作精神，能够服从上级领导的安排
