Description
The ICT helpdesk technician is responsible for ICT helpdesk incident management and first line support for users, to perform daily tasks related to installation, repair, maintenance, training and support of client computers, media system, data management and related hardware and software.

Overview of Responsibilities:
The senior ICT engineer is responsible for the following areas:

？ Maintain and monitor school helpdesk system and provide 1st tier support. Track and follow ticket status to ensure customer fully satisfied.
？ Provide detailed helpdesk weekly report.
？ Set up, install and maintain Desktops and laptops throughout the school, many of which will be Mac OS.
？ Provide support to school media equipment which includes projectors, TVs, interactive boards, visualizers.
？ Install and upgrade schedules for educational and business software
？ Provide guides and support for school management, accounting and educational software.
？ Ensure IT inventory list is up to date, assist with termly inventory.
？ Monitor use of IT hardware and accessories and report misuse and loss.
？ Directly and with third party vendors repair and service the equipment.
？ Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the ICT Manager.
Skills and Experience Required:

？ 3-5 years of experience in corporate IT setting.
？ Strong customer service skills and communication skills.
？ Strong personal skills to communicate directly with end users.
？ Diploma in computer science, information systems or related computer field.
？ Strong written and verbal English and Fluent Mandarin Chinese.
？ Strong initiative, integrity and good judgment.
？ Fast problem solving skills in new situations.
