职位描述：
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
To investigate, design, develop and improve machines and processes for the purpose of quality products, work simplification, and cost reduction. To actively participate in ergonomic and safety issues.

1.Executes x-orders, PPAP, CPAP test cures and recommends modifications and improvements for quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
2.Designs and develops the process for new products:
a. Develops operator instructions for production,
b. Works with Quality Engineer to develop and implement control charts and SPC for new products.
3. Works with tooling engineer to transition new products into mass production after customer approval is received (release to production). Performs required tests on engineering projects to support production requirements.
4. Monitors as directed Profit Enhancement Projects to reduce costs, improve quality, increase productivity and reduce material waste.
5. Evaluates and takes part in final design review for tool releases.
6. Provides summary of recommendations and changes, and updates of projects in- process toTechnical Manager and General Manager.
7. Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
*Education: BS Degree in Rubber Engineering or equivalent experience.
*Experience: Experience in rubber industry, including TS 16949 knowledge is preferred 举报 分享
