职位描述：
1. know well about drawings, make the check list;
1.熟悉图纸，制作列表清单；
2. according to the different projects, archiving all the drawings, check list and acceptance certificates;
2. 根据不同的项目，把所有图纸，清单验收报告归档；
3. remind the engineers finish all the paperwork and put on the server in time.
3. 提醒工程师完成所有书面报告并且及时在服务器上更新。


职位要求：
1. have the basic knowledge of mechanical drawings;
1. 对机械图纸有一定的了解；
2. can use the office software skilling;
2. 能够熟悉运用办公软件；
3. have good communication and responsibilty, finish the job arranged by supervisor in time.
