岗位要求Job Requirements：
一, 参与开发新供应商事宜 Participate in new supplier development
1，新供应商的资格评审。
Qualification audit for new suppliers
2，新零件或新供应商相应的APQP过程跟踪，样件开发，生产过程开发，PPAP批准等。
Follow up the APQP process of new project or new suppliers, prototype development, PPAP approval etc.
3，推动供应商改善在开发过程中发现的问题，将潜在的质量风险在开发阶段进行解决，
确保生产过程的稳定性和最终的产品质量。
Push supplier improvement to solve the problems found during the development process,
To solve the potential risk, ensure that the stability of the production process and quality of the final product.
二，量产零件质量管理Supplier quality control for mass production
1，监督量产零部件的质量，及时向供应商反馈质量投诉，主导质量问题的分析和改善，督促供应商完成8D报告，并追踪供应商改善的有效性。
Monitor the quality of the mass production, feedback the quality issue timely, lead analysis and improvement of the quality issue.
8D tracking and verification.
2，供应商变更管理和批准。
Management and approval of supplier’s change.
三， 供应商审核 Supplier audit
1，根据公司的规定进行现场审核,当供应商绩效下降或有重大异常发生,应对其进行不定
期审核；
Make process audit on existing suppliers (based on the requirement of company and in case of serious problem)
2，推动供应商生产过程和管理体系的持续改进
Push supplier continual improvement to fulfill company requirements and improve their
performance.
3, 积极完成领导临时交付的任务。

任职要求Qualifications/ Requirements：
1, 大专以上学历，机械相关专业背景.
Above College's degree in Machine or Technical degree
2, 5年及以上机械制造行业供应商质量管理相关工作经验，汽车行业优先；熟悉冲压、焊
接，表面处理，机加工工艺，检具；能识别各种加工件，能识别图纸要求。
Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferable in automotive or automotive supplier
industry, in field of Supplier Quality Engineering,
Be familiar with stamping and welding process, surface treatment, machining, checking
fixture, has capability to identify the requirement of drawing.
3, 熟悉TS16949质量管理体系及5大质量工具（APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA）。
Be familiar with TS16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and supplier management
4, 熟悉PPAP文件并熟知其中具体编订原理和定义方法；
Be familiar with the principle of the PPAP documents.
5, 熟悉GD&T及相关检验设备、检验方法。
Be familiar with the GD&T, know inspection machines and methods.
6, 熟悉评审技能。
Has audit experience and skills for supplier audit.
7, 良好的沟通与管理能力。
Good communication skills and team work style
8, 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等软件。
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
9, 英语读写熟练。
English reading and writing
