职位描述：

岗位工作职责

1. 按年度工作计划执行商场营运管理各项工作。

2. 熟悉《租赁合同》及《租户手册》负责商场租户各项管理职能实施的监督检查。

3. 监督营运专员的出勤状况、服装仪容及平时的工作表现。

4. 负责租户销售情况及销售业绩分析工作。

5. 配合商场市场部做好商场推广和宣传活动的协调和现场工作。

6. 做好零售行业市调工作，尤其是租户在其他商场的营运状况，并及时汇总上报营运经理，以便适时采取应对措施。

7. 负责培训新进营运专员及各项工作流程及各项公司规定等。

8. 统筹营运专员工作，负责与其他业务相关部门沟通协调工作。

9. 按时提交报告，如月报、年报及其他营运相关的报告。

任职要求

1. 大学本科以上学历。

2. 5年或以上百货公司或购物中心相关管理经验。

3. 具有管理能力、协调沟通能力、对市场流行有一定的认知度，谈判能力强。

4. 有较高的团队合作精神，工作有条理，能很好地与各部门进行工作协调。
