1.Sales: visit customer/distributors in relative area and technical support to customer’s new application and complain; collect marketing & competitors information through different channels;
2.Report: send weekly report for customer visiting & trial result & new opportunities & customer complain and problems & action plan, all necessary process;
3.NBDP: new business development plan to promote new products and new business to Chinese market; develop new customer and find trial opportunities in China;
4.Technical service: understand customer’s produce process; technical support/service/training on customer’s site; provide technical solution for customer’s application;
5.SoW: Maximize share of wallet with existing customers by providing full customer SoW satisfaction and total DC solutions.
6.Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
experience
1.university graduate majored in metallurgy, materials science, engineering;
2.Work experience : 3-5 years in technical sales (experience in Metals, Aluminium, Die-casting industry will be great advantage)
3.integrity, good communication, basic English
Working Location: home office in Si Chuan
