? Handle all incoming/outgoing phone calls as per company requirements and take good care of the telephone System.
? Mailing / expressage handling and tracking.
? Reserve and direct visitors to the staff in office.
? Shuttle bus arrangement.
? Office key management.
? Book flight and make reservation for hotel as company standard.
? Order business card etc.
? Update employee's attendance records and responsible for leave and overtime raw data management.
? Reservation and purchase of office supplies. (Coffee beans, stationery, tissue, Telecom, ect.)
? Responsible for the management for all admin cost and handle the payment accordingly.
? Contract filing.
? Provide Day-to-day admin support and implement the other assignments instructed by supervisor.
? Take the responsibilities to manage the office facility / equipment maintenance.
? Update employee's contact list unregularly.
? Responsible for update all company documents.
? Keep improving administration process.
? Prepare badges and provide onboard guide for new employees.
Requirements:
College graduation or above.
Having relevant experience, knowledge of office administration is preferred
Familiar with software application, good at Excel\Word\PPT.
Good command of Chinese and English, both oral and written.
Good service attitude, strong sense of responsibility, careful, task oriented and teamwork spirit, proactive, professional
