职位描述：
We are looking for a candidate to work with our Third Party Manufacturer (TPM) Color Cosmetics product development team. The ideal candidate will have formulating, processing, and manufacturing experience in the cosmetics industry. The position will require performing the technical and R&D activities needed to launch TPM developed formulae for Coty global color cosmetics products.

Key responsibilities include:
· Managing multiple projects on time and to standard in a very fast-paced environment
· Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely project completion
· Using technical expertise in color cosmetic formula product development to address/resolve project issues and evaluate TPM product and document submissions
· Performing technical activities to support project launches to include product testing and document reviews
· Communicating and interacting with TPM partners on a daily basis
· Participating in conference calls to discuss project status, requirements and issues
Requirment:
· 4+ years of formulating, processing, manufacturing experience in the cosmetics industry
· Working knowledge of global cosmetic regulations
· Experience working with TPM for cosmetic formula development
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, attentive to details and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
