职位描述：
Assure quality and capacity of Raw material suppliers, development of existing and new suppliers to avoid quality problems, being responsible for audits at current and new suppliers with VDA6.3.Maintain, preparation and set up of required documents/database.
1.New supplier approval ,APQP follow(measuring method, fixture concept confirmation),drive supplier to meet project milestone, PSW approval
2.Drive suppliers to improve performance after mass production, implement process control and quality plans;
3.Perform supplier audits and provide support for supplier quality system improvement;
4.Monitor supplier PPM,8D ,corrective action follow up
5.Monthly reporting supplier quality performance with action
6.Work with project work teams to define project deliverables, project planning and etc.
7.Develop new work process, new tools and functional capabilities. Maintain and improve existing
   quality systems processes;
8.Liaison with in-house on team on quality specification and coordinate quality improvement programs across functional areas;
9.Building good rapport and achieving customers' goals respective to quality engineering;

职位要求：
1, 5年以上SQE工作经验
2, 英语口语可以正常工作交流
3, 本科以上学历，材料相关专业
4, 良好的沟通交流能力
5, 有汽车行业工作经验，有接触钢材厂工作经验优先考虑
