职位描述：
responsibility:
1.Strictly require and coach employee to obey company rules&employment disciplines.where rules and disciplines are broken must be taken necessy corrective action and proved feedback management.
2.Ensure that all shift employees must follow up factory ESH rules, as well as SOPS and wirless\quality\environment health\safety systems,what is more ensure that all safety equipment is properly installed and is used as designed.
3.Ensure all operator can follow up the requirements of process control instrution strictly to make qualifild products.
4.Organize and lead housekeeping in shopfloor to assure all working areas are clean and all tools and equupipment are kept in proper place/condition.
5.Fullfill the production weekly plan.work with planer and production manager to carry necessary and timely adjustment into production arrangerments to achiveve production weekly plan.
6.plan and approve overtime and leave applications where necessary for shift employees,according to production weekly plan
7.monitor and record production data if and when require by the company
8.coordinate with the supporting functions of process, maintenance,QC and material handing to address and fix the problems in prodution.
9.effictively coach and motivate employees and perform employee performance evalution.
qualification:
1.bachelor degree holder with a minimun of 5 years of related work experience.
2.English speaking and reading
3.ability to lead and encourage the operators
4.familiar with SAP
5.age 25~35,healthy is good ,male
6.work at hard condition,hight sense of responsibility,strong hand working ability.
7.obey and finished the job assigned by supervisor on time and be done with good quality. 举报 分享
