职位描述：
Job Summary
1. Responsible for the HMD Equipment, ensuring that Uptime and Productivity are met and sustained.
2. Responsible for Equipment Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance and Equipment Improvements.

Principal Responsibilities
1. Equipment installation, test run and Maintenance. Work with engineer for M’C setup, maintenance and layout. Responsible for Equipment supplier communication making sure to service us smoothly.
Be responsible for daily/shift response of repair, troubleshooting, sustaining for all SMD/HMD equipment.
Implement M/C Prevent maintenance.
2. Tooling/Fixture/Pallet related. Support engineer to design tooling, fixture and pallet base on product requirement, make production line run smoothly.
3. Programs create and edit. Support engineer to create program and tracking for the performance for each model. Maintain and update program database.
4. Program optimization
5. Support engineer to study M/C movement by system and manual for every of product, study the component location and place sequence, minimum the movement and cut down non-value movement, reduce cycle time, support production line to achieve the goal of production
6. Assist Engineer in communicating process changes to operators.
7. Assist Engineer in data gathering for Engineering Evaluations and Experiments.
8. Work together with Process group for improving and sustaining Process Yields.

Qualifications & Experience
1. College Level or above with Engineering Background
2. At least 3 years hands-on/technical experience on Wave Soldering / Handsoldering Process in an Electronics assembly industry, preferably in EMS industry
3. Good English Communication skill
4. Good coordination capability, creativeness and an optimist
5. Knowledge of SMT/HMD process
6. Strong logical & analytical thinking, systematic way of working under pressure
7. Strong SPC skills and FMEA experience
8. Have experience on Lean Manufacturing and ISO Quality Systems
9. Knowledgeable in IPC Standards, J-STD-001, IPC-610, etc.
10. High self motivation and energy level
