Data maintenance of Purchasing tools (Host, PIP)
Collecting and reporting of key purchasing figures
Assisting IPO Suzhou Managers and IPO staff for their daily business
Office management
Job requirements
Vocational/technical training usually acquired within one to two years plus a few years experience or additional technical training (knowledge and insight required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes; requiring a thorough knowledge of a vocational area)
ideally a few years working experience as assistant
knowledge of english
german knowledge is of advantage
