职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
? Work on internal and supplier process development activities
? Identify the right technologies with regard to required quality, cost, and volume of production
? Define the technical solution of functional test equipment’s, assembly fixtures, and other useful equipment (e.g. checking advices).
? Collaborate on the development and design of test equipment for PCBA production and assembled component tests
? Prepare production technologies to hand over to serial production
? Communicate with suppliers of PCBA, instruments, and functional test equipment’s. Discuss technical issue and ensure delivery on time and with the right quality.
? Ensure the required quality at suppliers, review and approve their processes
? Set layouts of production lines, and participate on verification series
? Develop and maintain specifications and documentations
? Prepare process instructions
? Ensure all test equipment is maintained and calibrated
? Provide engineering support to the manufacturing area
? Strong cooperation with Test, HW, and production engineers

Profile:
? Bachelor of Science in Engineering or industrial science
? 10+ years of work experience on electronic testing engineering
? 5+ years of work experience on automotive production and assembly
? 5+ years of work experience in PCBA production
? Ability to work according to electronic technical documentation
? Familiar with electronic and electro-mechanical systems design, integration, testing and troubleshooting
? Knowledge on production statistical control and capability methods, Cp, Cpk, R&R
? Knowledge of functional test design for control units and RF systems
? Knowledge on software for automatic test development (ex: LabVIEW, TestStand)
? Knowledge with ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PFMEA, DFM
? Good analysis and problem solving skills
? Ability to travel and flexibility and ability to work on a multi-cultural team

The Company

Established as FAB in 1911, the company started with an initial manufacturing program covering door locks for the building industry, including mortise and furniture locks and associate fittings.

In 1958 the product portfolio was expanded to locks and keys for the automotive industry. Since then the company has gradually become an exclusive supplier of cylinder locks to vehicle manufacturers in former Czechoslovakia, as well as supplying components to OEMs in many other countries.

In 1996 the company joined the Swedish-Finnish ASSA ABLOY Group, allowing it to be member of an established group of companies which specialized in the field of high security door opening solutions. The company’s extensive experience in the development and production of vehicle access components and systems was further enhanced in 2007 by the acquisition of CE Marshall Ltd., the leading U.K. supplier of lock systems for cars and light commercial vehicles.

Following the path of globalization of its customers, the company expanded its global footprint by establishing new plants and local customer support teams in China and Mexico. Growing demand on solutions that provided further improved security and more comfort triggered the company to move on to more sophisticated electronic vehicle access & control solutions, such as remote keyless entry and passive entry/go systems, and respective components.

From Oct. 1st 2016 the company has been under the ownership of the Japanese ALPHA Corporation, one of the leading global automotive industry suppliers in vehicle access and control.
