职位描述：
Job Description：
1. Leading process improvement project to improve Yield , Process Capability and Quality;
2. Support NPI( New Product Introduction) project;
3. Leading process change qualification for continual improvement (Include equipement, material etc);
4. Provide training for production employees according to procedure

Experience Requirements：
1. 6 sigma background, have experience of leading GB project;
2. Good accountability, ownship and positive attitude;
3. Good at problem solving with innovative method;
4. Strong leadership to drive team for improvement.

Educational Requirements
 
1. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering;
2. 5 years above process engineering experience in a global company, Grinding or mechanical manufacturing experience,
