职责包括但不仅限于:
1. 独立确定目标, 有针对性的销售;
2. 制定并实施目标,计划和超过销售配额;
3. 积极协助销售经理完成销售目标;指导南方销售的销售工作,配合其他销售员共同获得客户;
4. 以客户满意度为中心,及时分析市场潜力;
5. 具有确定新的商业机会和发展新客户的能力;
6. 在指定的销售区域,积极分析和提出改进建议;
7. 管理销售应收账款和尽量减少逾期;
8. 南方销售办公室的选择和其他相关事宜。
资格要求:
1. 3-5年以上销售经验,至少一年销售管理经验,有电镀行业经验者优先;
2. 工作认真负责,有很强的责任感和目标意识,能为客户提供技术支持和应用的能力;
3. 思维清晰,沟通能力强,有良好的团队合作精神;
4. 化学工程及相关专业,本科以上学历。
5. 良好的英语书写和表达能力;
6. 熟悉珠三角区域市场

RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following, though others may be added later.
- Individually identify target prospects and lead all sales efforts for targeted prospect accounts. Develop and execute objectives, plans and exceed sales quotas.
- Achieve realistic, yet aggressive sales targets for the defined target area. The senior sales engineer will be assisted in the achievement by Sales/Marketing manager.
- Guide south sales engineer to develop new customers and cooperate with other salesman to achieve the customers
- Provide an exceptionally high level of satisfaction to clients, resulting in the renewal of contracts.
- Analyze markets for potential new product opportunities.
- Determine new business opportunities and develop new customers.
- Analyze and recommend improvements in assigned sales territories.
- Make major account presentations.
- Work with team members to develop sales proposals.
- Handle the customer complain issue and conduct all sales related services.
- Manage the sales account receivables and minimize the overdue.
- Work with manager on sales office renting and other related things.
REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- A proven Sales Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) or plating industry.
- A proven Sales management experience with one year at least.
- The ability to deliver both technical and application level demonstrations
- Excellent communication skills; good at negotiating “win-win” agreements at all levels.
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry required
- Highly effective presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop long term key account relationships.
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Ability to accomplish goals without close supervision.
- Self-starter with strong motivation and ambition.
- Team player dedicated to overall company goals.

MISCELLANEOUS:
