职位描述：

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Assess
and instruct internal FTY major issues and customer complaint problem solving systematically.

2. Searching
for internal whole process optimization opportunities, organize improvement
actions till deliver valuable result with internal team support.

3. Provide
internal team scrap rate and circle time reductions concept

4. Training
internal team on 6 sigma and other quality tools

5. Coach
internal team member for 6 sigma project execution.

6. Perform
other duties as assigned from Quality Manager.

7. Attend
internal TS16949 auditor,identify internal organization weakness with proposed
improvement conception.

PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Works closely with all levels of personnel
internally and 3^rd party certification body.

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE
AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor
degree or above, major in mechanical or automation is preferred;

2. Working
in automotive manufacturing company more than 8 years;

3. Familiar
with automotive quality system requirement, e.g. TS16949, VW formel-Q, GM GP
etc.

4. Demonstrated
rich experience on value stream analysis and improvement activities

5. Good
application skill for problem solving tools (3*5why, Shainin etc.).

6. Fluent
in written and spoken English

7. Lean
Six Sigma Certification is required, demonstrated ability on six sigma problem
solving
