Job description:

Major Responsibilities:
- Day to day measurements for production (CMM, profile meter and microscope).
- Provide support to tooling & production when needed on quality issues.
- Notify supervisors of any substandard quality issues.
- Incoming material, In-process and final inspection
- Preparation of PPAP documentation to customer
- Calibrations of QD equipment
- Create or alter CMM programs is a plus

 Minor Responsibilities:
- Suggest process improvements and error-proofing
- Document control
- Understand and implement company's environmental policy
- Other tasks on request.

Requirement profile:

Education:
- College educated
Personal:
- Knowledge in operating all inspection room equipment.
- CMM programming training and education on Zeiss Contura G2 CMM’s is a plus
- Assiduous and effective working
- Independent and disciplined working in refer to safety, cleanliness and orderliness
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work at off-shift time

Language:
- Native Chinese
- Fluent in English. Has the ability to make communicate work related topic in English.

Experience:
- Minimum three years. Western company working experience preferable. 举报 分享
