职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Chinese invoicing list preparation includes the key items double check, canceled invoice items redo, in advance remove, etc.
    准备增值税发票的开票清单
2. Imports & Exports custom declare sheet preparation(download, map with the payment, confirm with the invoices, etc.)
    进口和出口报关单的下载、整理等工作
3. Finance/ accounting voucher filing ( SAP supporting doc. ,monthly tax report, VAT invoices for deduction purpose,tax-return doc. pack, etc.)
   财务单据和会计凭证（包括计账凭证、月度和年度税务报告、财务报表、增值税专用发票、退税材料等）的收集、整理、装订
4. SAP supporting doc. (i.e. vendors & customers invoices,GL postings' ref. sheet) scanning and link it with Therefore software into SAP doc.
  协助扫描原始凭证单据入SAP 系统并作好相关链接
5. Fixed assets and tools listing and compiling with physical labels, checking list confirmation with tooling vendors for those not in our plant.
  固定资产和备品备件的清单整理以及寄存供应商处的模具清单确认工作，适当合理标识等。

Requirements：
1. Accounting knowledge is required 具备一定的财务知识
2. Be familiar with Microsoft (especially excel) 熟悉office软件（excel等）
3. Have good communication skill 良好的沟通技能
4. Organization and planning skill is required 合理安排工作计划
5. Sense of responsibility and fairness 具备很强的责任意识
