2. 负责前台快递的收发；

3. 统计和预定工作餐及饮用水；

4. 登记安排公司用车、员工出车申请单的核查；

5. 厂包车的安排及协调工作；

6. 日常保洁的工作安排；

7. 办公用品及易耗品的统计和发放管理；

8. 劳保用品的发放管理；

9. 上级安排的其他相关事务。

职位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 计算机操作熟练，会用英语进行简单的口头交流；

3. 和蔼可亲，做事认真、细心、待人诚恳，责任心强。
