1.Responsible for daily management of lab, include manpower, equipments/instruments, data and environment.

2.Responsible for establishment of test method, work instruction of testing.

3.Responsible for implement validation of test method.

4.Creating OGP/CMM- measuring programs and use fluently.
建立OGP、CMM测量方案(如编程)和熟练使用各种测量仪器及测量设备。
5.Responsible for the measuring equipment calibration management and preventive maintenance.

6.Incoming inspection of raw materials and purchased parts.in-process/ finished product inspection.

7.Management of retained sample and inspection of retained samples.

8.Compliance with GLP guidelines.

9.Assist Quality Engineer or Validation Engineer to valify and inspect during process valification, such as make Cpk and G R&R report.

10.DHR file preparation, collection and review.
