职位描述：
Education/教育程度:
Bachelor’s degree with engineering background, worked on EHS is preferred.
工程或相关专业本科学历, 从事EHS工作的优先

Language/语言:
Good English in both written and spoke，
英文读写精通，工作中大量使用英文听说读写。
PC Skill/电脑:
Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point, Access.
熟悉office软件

Others/其它要求
1.At least 5+ years working experience in EHS management。
至少5年以上EHS管理工作经验
2.Have knowledge and experience of ISO14001: 2015 &OHSAS 18001 system.
有ISO14001: 2015 &OHSAS 18001体系知识和经验。
3.Familiar with UN Global Impact and China law and regulations related to Environ-ment/ Health and safety
熟悉联合国全球公约以及中国的环境、健康和安全相关的法律法规
4.Internal audit certification in EHS or SA8000 is preferred
有EHS或者SA8000社会责任内审员资格证优先

Main Responsibility主要职责:
Responsible for Sustainable supplier management related to the auditing process (Selec-tion, evaluation, Coordination, Handover and risk assessment of suppliers) including im-plementation of relevant tools in the Audit Process.
负责管理供应商的社会责任审核流程（供应商选择、风险评估、协调及踪供应商改善等）包括与审核流程相关的工具
Responsible for supplier development related to sustainability when compliance issues oc-cur
负责供应商开发过程中与社会责任相关发现项的跟踪和改善

Daily Duties日常工作:
1.Mitigate potential supplier risks
减少潜在供应商的风险
2.Global audit planning
制定全球审核计划
3.Global Audit Planning follow up
全球审核计划跟踪
4.Identify and push on performance improvement opportunities after an Audit
审核后识别并且推动供应商改善区域
5.Register and update Sustainable alert system
登记并且更新可持续改善警报系统
6.Act on overall performance below target
对所有供应商表现不达目标的采取相应的措施
7.Ensure handover of actions and follow up areas to relevant business stakeholders.
确保需要改善和跟踪的行动计划传递到相关负责人
8.Supplier performance monitoring
供应商改善表现的监控
9.Support purchase organization in sustainability performance analysis and consoli-dation
支持采购团队分析并持续关注供应商社会责任
10.Report reginal supplier CSR status to group supplier sustainable team regularly
定期汇报区域内供应商社会责任改善状况汇报集团可持续发展团队
11.Other tasks assigned by line manager
