职位描述：

1、 负责公司物流调度及安排/Be responsible for company logistic and arragement;

2、 负责组织处理客户质量投诉、货物供应的售后服务工作/Deal with customer complaints and after sales work;

3、 负责售后服务档案，并进行总结分析/Build up after sales files and do conclustion;

4、 根据需要进行各种形式的回访和调查，以获取客户的直接反馈/ Pay a return visit or survey to get customer feedback if need;

5、 协助进行市场调查/ Help with market research;

6、 完成上级交办的其他工作任务/ Other tasks assigned by manager.

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历/ College or above;

2、管理或相关专业/ Management or related major;

3、一定的判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、计划及执行能力、客服服务能力/Have decision naking ability,communication skills,executive capacity and so on.

4、较好的英语读写能力/Good English read and write ability.
