职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Act as main administrator for the Master Plan Project (5 years product forecast) to capture master plan background information and clarify the project scope, requests.
2.Setup and coordinate project development including implementation approach and project master schedule.
3.Produces consolidated master plan analysis report (including milestone summary, key issues, summary of costs and benefits) to Project committee to make the final decision.
4.Setup the master plan standard of procedure and manage support functions covering planning, IT resources and facilities tracking, reporting, and internal communication.

Requirements:
1.Degree holder in Project Management or Chemistry.
2.At least 5 years working experience in project office or supply chain field and have general understanding on business operational processes preferred in Chemistry, Agrochemical or Pharaseuctual industries.
3.Strong organization skills, target-oriented to provide project deliverables.
4.Good command in spoken and written English, and possess good people communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Excellent data analytical skills, reporting and presentation skills
6.Proficient in MS Office.
