职位描述：
University degree or above in Material engineering or Major in Heat Treatment
At least 5 years related working experience of Heat treatment, including more than 2 years employee management experiences
Preferential backgrounds of working experiences in automotive industry
Fluent English will be a Must

Be familiar with the technology of Heat treatment production, keep and control the production equipment in good condition
Work with quality engineer to investigate quality problems. Work out preventive and corrective and corrective actions for quality problems and customer complains.
