Job Summary职位概述:
The job holder ensures to meet / perform
-Sample management
-Indirect material management
-Coordination of lab safety, waste treatment, lab hygiene and environment monitoring.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:
Sample Management
-Responsible for receipt of samples and transfer to the responsible team, as well as proper archiving of documentation and retention samples
-Responsible for sample inventory control to make sure it is used properly
-Supporting of product stability test including stress stability and real time stability.

Indirect material management
-Responsible for purchasing application and receipt of indirect material in QC, including test supporting chemicals, consumables, hygiene agent etc.
-Responsible for inventory of indirect material in a properly range according to consumption and expire date
-Coordination of indirect material quality with end user in the lab and purchase department

Coordination of lab safety, waste treatment, lab hygiene and environment monitoring
-Supporting with SHE requirements to maintain lab safety system including bio-safety.
-Supporting lab daily hygiene and environment condition as well as waste treating.

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
College Degree or more in Business or Engineering or Science

Experience工作经验:
1-2 years experience in the required functional area
酌情考虑应届毕业生
Language skills
Native or fluent Chinese
Can read in English
