工作要求Job Requirements

1. 汽车行业IE三年以上工作经验；
2. 熟悉装配生产工艺，及相关加工工艺（如压铸，机加工，冲压,等）；
3. 能读懂图纸
4. 熟悉汽车行业五大工具PPAP, APQP, SPC， MSA， PFMEA；
5. 具备精益生产理念；
6. 精通8D, 5why, 鱼骨图等质量工具并具有良好的逻辑分析能力；
7. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及协调能力。

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 做好量产产品现场的工艺维护与改进，支持新项目的顺利量产；
2. 支持客户工厂审核；
3. 负责工厂内可疑品的判定，监控内部返工按要求执行；
4. 定期PFMEA、作业指导书、工艺参数等；
5. 生产现场精益活动的推动，优化生产过程，提高生产效率；
6. 主导现场防错能力的检讨与改进提升；
7. 分析并处理生产线质量问题，降低内部PPM；
8. 支持处理客户投诉预防问题发生；
9. 完成上级交办的其它工作。
